I am pleased to share that H
ealth PEI has officially transitions to Atlas, our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to modernizing recruitment and strengthening our ability to attract the talent needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality care for Islanders. The ATS will provide a more consistent, automated (but human), and user-friendly hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams.
Reaching this milestone has required significant collaboration across Health PEI, the Public Service Commission, and our technology partners. Over the past months, teams have worked diligently to prepare data, configure the system, test functionality, develop new processes, and deliver training to ensure we were ready for a successful launch.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to this work. Your dedication, expertise, and commitment have been instrumental in bringing this important system to life.
While this launch is a significant achievement, it also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. As we continue to learn and grow with the system, your patience, flexibility, and feedback will play an important role in helping us further enhance the recruitment experience for candidates and employees.
