1. What is the purpose of this survey?
The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback on the Clinical Information System (CIS) to better understand its overall impact on user experience, system performance, workflow efficiency, quality of information, and patient care across Health PEI.
2. Why is my participation important?
Your feedback is essential in helping Health PEI identify strengths, address challenges, and prioritize improvements to ensure the CIS continues to meet the needs of healthcare providers and supports high-quality patient care.
3. Who should complete this survey?
All staff who use the CIS in their daily work, including clinical, administrative, and support staff, are encouraged to participate.
4. How long will the survey take to complete?
The survey is expected to take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
5. How long will the survey be open?
The survey will be open for 2 weeks, from October 19 to October 30
6. Is participation mandatory?
Participation is voluntary. You may choose to skip any questions you are not comfortable answering.
7. Will my responses be kept confidential?
Yes. All responses will be kept confidential and analyzed in aggregate. Individual responses will not be shared or identified in any reporting.
8. Can I be contacted for follow-up?
Yes, you may indicate at the end of the survey if you are willing to be contacted for further input. Providing your contact information is optional.
9. How will the survey results be used?
Survey results will be used to inform decision-making, support system improvements, enhance user experience, and guide future CIS enhancements and training initiatives.
10. Will the results be shared?
Yes. A summary of the survey findings may be shared with stakeholders within Health PEI to promote transparency and inform ongoing improvements.
