As a Health PEI employee, you are eligible for discounts from the businesses in the Employee Discounts list above.
To get a discount, you will need to present your Government ID Card. To apply for a Government ID Card, complete the application form, have it signed by your manager and send via interoffice mail to Attn: Martina Kalusy, Highway Safety, Charlottetown. All requests must include your PEI Driver’s License Number or, alternatively, your PEI Voluntary ID Number. If you do not have either, please contact Martina Kalusy directly, mkalusy@gov.pe.ca, to schedule a photo appointment to get you authenticated.
