Leadership Town Halls

Each month leaders from across Health PEI meet to discuss our priorities and how to achieve them. In addition to updates from senior leaders, these meetings typically include facilitated activities designed to elevate your leadership skills. Leadership Town Halls alternate between online and in-person formats. If you are a leader who is not already receiving invitations to these sessions, please email jmmorrow@ihis.org to be added to the list.

Professional Impact and Development

As part of their annual Professional Impact and Development Process, all excluded leaders are required to complete a Professional Learning and Development Form outlining their competency and strategic learning goals and their career development goals See the Professional Impact and Development page for the forms and more information.

Just Culture

Just Culture supports patient safety by promoting an environment where staff feel safe to report incidents. It focuses on learning from mistakes to improve system processes rather than assigning blame. All managers at Health PEI are required to complete a four-hour online training in Just Culture. To register and obtain the link, please email christinehandrahan@ihis.org.

Canadian College of Health Leaders
