The Courage to Connect: Effective Interpersonal Communication for People Working in Health Care
Strengthen collaboration and navigate conflict with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Designed specifically for health care environments, participants will learn practical skills—such as active listening, effective feedback, and structured conflict navigation—that can be applied immediately to real workplace situations. Discover the mindsets and tools needed to work with others more effectively and create healthier, more supportive work environments.

Celebrating Diversity: Caring Across Cultures
Work respectfully and effectively with people from many different backgrounds. Through four connected modules, participants explore cultural differences, build inclusive behaviours, strengthen empathy, and learn meaningful ways to advocate for diversity in your daily work.
