About  

The Transformation Office (TO) helps accelerate efforts and deliver the changes needed to enhance healthcare delivery.  Through these efforts, we aim to refocus on our core priorities, drive meaningful system transformation, and create a resilient, efficient, and innovative healthcare environment that benefits both our committed professionals and the patients they serve.

The TO acts as a central unit to support large-scale system priorities and is initially focused on supporting five key workstreams:

1. Workforce recruitment
2. Patient medical homes
3. Patient registry
4. Medical school learning support
5. Organizational capacity
