Stairway Challenge
Challenge yourself and your team members to take more steps each day. Place a sign up sheet at the top of the stairs. Each time you pass this landing, you are to sign your name on the sheet. The person who has signed in the most by using the stairs the most, will be recognized either through a prize or other staff recognition of your choice.
The benefits of this challenge include increased focus and productivity. By paying attention to our energy levels at work, we increase our ability to stay focused, be productive and be positive.
